AI talks about you when you're not in the room.
ChatGPT isn't the only one talking about you. See how six AI assistants describe your business, whether they recommend you, and what they get wrong. Then set the record straight.
New Orleans restaurants in our September study got at least one wrong fact about their hours, phone number, address or whether they're open, from at least one of six AI assistants. Checking only ChatGPT and Gemini would have caught 4. And of 19 restaurants that had closed, AI told people 9 were still open.
You can't see it. Your customers can.
People have always talked about you behind your back. Now a chatbot does some of the talking, it sounds sure of itself, and nobody tells you what it said.
AI still reads the listing you forgot about in 2021.
That doesn't make it right. It just makes people believe it.
Now some of it comes from a chatbot. Know what it's saying.
How it works
- Tell us your business
Name and city. You confirm your real hours, phone and address so we check against the truth.
- We ask the AI assistants
The same questions your customers ask, on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude. We save their exact words.
- You get the report
How they describe you, whether they recommend you, what they get wrong and where they got it from, with the fixes in order.
Six assistants, 39 answers. AI loved the food and recommended it first in 7 of 10 answers. It also gave customers two different sets of Sunday hours for one location, because the owner's website and Google listing disagree.
Every report includes:
- How each assistant describes you, in its own words
- Whether you're recommended, and who's named instead
- Every fact checked against your Google listing, website and Tripadvisor
- Which sites AI learns about you from
- What to fix, in order

Questions
Which AI assistants do you check?
The free check covers ChatGPT and Gemini. The AI Report covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude. Every report lists exactly which ones it covers.
What if AI gets everything right?
Then you'll know, and you'll see how each assistant describes you and whether it recommends you. That's worth knowing too. If we can't complete your report, you get a full refund.
Do you log in to my accounts or change anything?
No. We never ask for your passwords and never edit your listings. The report and the Fix Kit tell you exactly what to change and where.
Can you make AI say whatever I want?
No, and nobody honestly can. What you can do is make sure the places AI learns from have your correct facts. That's what the fixes are for.
How did you do the New Orleans study?
In September 2026 we picked 45 New Orleans restaurants with fewer than 250 Google reviews. We asked each of six AI assistants once whether the restaurant was open, and for its phone number, address and Sunday hours. We compared the answers with each restaurant's Google listing. An automated grader flagged possible mistakes, and every flag was checked by hand before it counted. We counted a restaurant once if any assistant got at least one of those facts wrong. Separately, we asked the same question about 19 restaurants local news reported as closed, and counted how many at least one assistant described as open. Claude and Perplexity were asked through their developer APIs with web search on.
